Shandong Liborihua Co., Ltd. ex-name Weifang Synthetic Detergent Powder Factory, was established in 1969. LIBO was the first in Shandong Province and the sixth large- scale specialized enterprise in detergent industry in China at that time. The company is situated in Weifang city, the famous international kite city. Its preferential location -the middle of Shandong Peninsula ease the transportation for LIBO to set up the sales network at home and abroad.
