Shandong Liborihua Co., Ltd. ex-name Weifang Synthetic Detergent Powder Factory, was established in 1969. LIBO was the first in Shandong Province and the sixth large- scale specialized enterprise in detergent industry in China at that time. The company is situated in Weifang city, the famous international kite city. Its preferential location -the middle of Shandong Peninsula ease the transportation for LIBO to set up the sales network at home and abroad. It covers the area of 198,000 spare meters with total 560 employees.
